  ALL TIMES ADVERTISED ARE IN EASTERN TIMEZONE. ALL PLATFORMS ARE ALLOWED. REGISTRATION ENDS NOVEMBER 25TH AT 2:00 PM EST.

  Apex Legends custom lobby casual scrims hosted by SxR Esports in partnership with DoodLive; this trios event is open to the public and will run for a total of six (6) games between 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM EST. If there are not enough participants to fill a full trios lobby, we’ll be switching between duos, solos, arenas, specified load-out, and hide and seek, which will be up to popular vote at the start of the event and between games.

  For this event, we’ve ensured that you can register without a full trios team if you’re unable to still find teammates, if you later decide to add teammates or a substitute just contact a member of management.

  Our management team will confirm your registration within our Discord server and release a custom lobby code in the “Apex Scrims” category by November 25th, 3:45 PM EST.

• Rules

  • All team members must have or create an account with DoodLive.

  • At least one team member must stream the event, VOD must be available for review for a minimum of 48 hours after the event.

  • The title of the stream must be “sxresports.com customs Scrim | [your team name]”.

  • All Ages may participate due to no prize pool or entry fees.

  • Your team is responsible for any connection or tech issues that may occur.

  • No bad sportsmanship, toxicity, hate, poor mannerism. Including but not limited to teabagging or shooting the opponent team’s death box or body after winning a fight or the entire match.

  • To keep up with communication in real-time with our managers during the event we ask that all participants join our Discord voice chat, we’ll answer any questions before we start our games.

  Check-ins start at 3:00 PM EST and close at 3:45 PM EST, one hour before the scrim starts. To check-in, all your teammates must emote a checkmark emoji under the message with your team’s details, this page can be found in the “check-in” page of the “Apex Scrims” category of our Discord server. If your team fails to check-in before the start time it could disrupt the starting processes of the event. Changes to teams can be made mid-event at the managing hosts' discretion.

  Any violations may result in disqualification and a permanent ban from all future SxR Esports events and Discord server. Final decisions are at the sole discretion of SxR Esports’ management team.

• FAQs

  Q: Where can I find teammates?
  We have a looking for teammates section in our Discord server specifically for our events under the “Apex Scrim” category. For players looking for teammates outside of our events, we have another page in “Stream & Game Support” where you can tag a game such as Apex, Overwatch, GTA, COD, etc.

  Q: What if one of my teammates drops out or I haven’t heard from them?
  Let management and the rest of the server know and we’ll see if we can host a duos lobby or find a player for you. We allow mid-event teammate changes for our causal scrims.

  Q: How long is the event?
  Usually around 6 games which tends to average around 3 hours.

  Q: Will there be any prizes?
  We’re currently only hosting events for fun, any of our prized events will be titled and advertised as a tournament.

  Q: What if one of my teammates can’t join a Discord call because they’re on console?
  We’ll only require all teammates from all teams to be on the same call with our managers in between games. See if they can join on their phone, if not, you may have to relay all messages to them in game chat. Make sure you let our management know if they can’t join the call at all.
